Take Me Out To The

Hockey game! We took the older two monsters to their very first Ducks game tonight. At 3 hours long, we didn't think Johnny would be interested. Crazy, I know. Katy and Matt had a nice enough time, but I think it was pushing their attention boundaries as well. I sat next to Matt who asked a million questions about what was happening the whole time. Luckily since the kids were in soccer I had a basic framework to draw a comparison to most things. Every time the Ducks scored a goal, they blew what can only be described as a foghorn. Not exactly quiet in the confined Honda Center. Katy seemed to like it, but Matt lived in fear of the next time it blew. BTW - Ducks beat the New Jersey Devils 4 - 3
